So I got caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the holidays and totally stopped keeping track of all my progress. But I'm getting back on the wagon now. I'm going to post more often in my weight loss blog at http://a-new-poison.blogspot.com/ and going to start coming back here to fatsecret to help myself keep track of the calories. I really feel it was such a great help to me to finally be able to figure out how much I was taking in and putting out.

I did finally get a Wii and Wii Fit for my birthday in November and have been using it more and more. So far in January each time I get on I am sure to do at least an hour workout so hooray for getting up and moving around more.

I went up 8 lbs over the holidays but am back down to 273 as of yesterday night's weight in. After my dad and brother quit watching football and go to their boy scout meeting I will be hopping back on to see where I am at today.

There is a community center type place not too far away, but not exactly close either, that I'm really thinking about going to go use their gym at least once a month. I think it would be nice to be able to use some actual equipment like treadmills and stuff and would be a nice motivator, etc. A gym membership there is a little pricey but if you just pay for the day its only $5. I think if I can talk Ashley in to going with me once a month that would be great for the both of us. I'm sure I can figure out someone to watch Jett for me at least that one day each month for a few hours.
