Almost in Large ketosis but I cant get the scale to move. Frustrated....

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 February 2014:
1640 kcal Fat: 113.27g | Prot: 130.11g | Carb: 23.39g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Kroger Whole Eggs (Medium), Sweeteners (Saccharin), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Tap Water, Chicken Thigh, Marie's Homestyle Ranch Dip, Broccoli, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Taylor Farms Celery Sticks, Turkey Creek Snacks Chicharron Pork Skins, Happy Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Snacks/Other: Lakeview Farms Sugar Free Parfait, Tap Water. more...

Don't give up! Hang in there. I just got some ketostix as well, but definitely not in ketosis. My week long carb fest has prevented that! :0/
