Started having whey protein shake ( primal , strawberry flavour from Diskem ) Weight is dropping daily . 18 carbs 89 protein ( most important) 110 fat ( I dnt over do fat anymore ! ) Cauliflower rice ( fried with butter , garlic, onion powder a good substitute for Bread ) . Am happy 😃
