Today was a good day walked the dog and entered all what I ate I feel stuffed but the rdi said i am at 62 ?? . The struggle I have is sweets honey is helping water is well water I need somthing to drink they have these green teas in a bottle that are 0 callorie or diet dr pepper do i tempt it or stay to my water and coffee either way ready to get on tract with weather being abave 0 tho 8 degrees :)
