Followed my plan to the T, except the fact that I had 10 boiled chicken wings for dinner (Chicken Addict) Thus increased my calorie intake about 900 cals too much. I know we're not counting cals here but we are supposed to shoot for a certain amount a day to lose weight. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow..One things for sure, I'm definitely full :]
Dont plan on eating anything else tonight. Ayee that's life..no use beating myself up over a couple..hundred calories. I'll do much better tomorrow.

Tomorrow: Lots of Veggies, Water, and Hopefully get some exercise in too.
