Yah! I am under 100 grams of Carbs today!:) I think I will have to miss my first Pilates class on Tuesday, bummer. Theresa has yet to get back to me about swaping times this one day. They only have room for 5 people per class so it is doubtful there will be room for me in another class time. I am exicited to be doing this challenge though. For the next several weeks it will be nothing but whole foods: fruits/vegies, lean protein, and protein shakes along with my multitude of suppliments to flush my system. definitely challenging.
