I went completely off the rails this weekend. Stuffed Crust pizza, Lemon pepper wings, Chicken philly, Fried chicken, YEAH BABY!! Surprised I didn't put on more than 1 pound. I did get my workouts in though. NOW BACK TO BUSINESS
