I ate so many wrong things this week. Cravings got the best of me.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Every Now and again it happens then we re-focus - so its all good. I did the same with my friend being over to the States to visit :) You are still doing well so concentrate on what you have lost so far and now we can both get back on track :)
