I am dreading my weigh in tomorrow.. I have been recording what I eat but it has been a great reduction in veggies and an increase in alcohol since last week. I have not been feeding my body smart this week and I know it, sigh. To add to improper food and drink intake I am going to drinks and dinner with the girls tonight. I am not saying that I am not going to eat today to make up for tonight but I am going to keep tonight in mind when having lunch and snacks today I will have my usual breakfast egg white turkey sausage omelet with salsa, sauteed zucchini and maybe 1/4 of an avocado I have not decided yet. That usually comes to 200-250 calories depending on the avocado.
