Good Morning. Another bitterly cold morning in Calgary Canada, -24C with wind chill -35C. I work for a Security Company and always worry about our guys that have to be outside in these tempatures.
Weighed in this morning at 262.5 lbs, 5 lbs since Monday. Atkins says you can lose 15 lbs in your first two weeks and I lost a little more than that the first time around. It is really nice to see the numbers drop that fast but I really have to be realistic and keep in mind that that will stop very soon.
DH is playing darts tonight so I have the house to myself. I am going to curl up on the couch with the Rotti and watch a movie. NO popcorn :(
Got to get going off to a meeting shortly and I still have to get stuff together.
