Computer entry, 178.6 pounds as of 1-13-11. Started following the 2000 cal. a day application on phone roughly a yr ago. I Lost all entires for the year, all data, due to phone malfuctions and redownloading the app. 1yr ago I weighed 198.0 pounds. I have a target weight of 175. I am now attempting to use this web page to keep the info sync-ed. However, the sign up process has just wiped out the last month of data on my phone, as it made the 1st sync. Regardless of these challenges the accountablity to my phone has keep me on target and award of my Calorie intake. This pass 12 months I have lost 19.4 pounds on my own slow and steady plan. This should keep the life style change in place and the pounds off. I am now begining to work on toning and musle preservation.
