Well it's day 4 and I'm still doing well. I was bite hungrier last evening, so I had some low fat cheese and a couple of nuts. I'm still a bit confused on portion sizes, but I just eat like a serving wait 20 minutes and I rarely go back for more.
Tomorrow could be rough. It's bagel day at work. I'm going to make an omlet for breakfast I think. We'll see. I sure hope I've lost some pounds.
