A question for all of you who use protien powder.. First alittle info..I have been using protein and collagen powder for about 2 years. Never had a problem. The protein powder is a supplement to help get my protein over 100 grams a day as I'm trying to gain muscle and don't really like meat that much. I use one scoop daily of Muscle Tech.I was also eating Quest Protein bars about 3-4 times a week. The collagen powder is for my hair and skin, with great results. Anyway, I can no longer tolerate the protien powder and the bars are the worst. It causes me to get nauseous and I feel horrible. All gurgley.. I thought about switching to vegan protein powder but have heard that it can cause same symptoms. Can anyone recommend a powder that doesn't cause such bad problems? I'm guessing it's the whey. I don't have issues with other dairy products but I also don't consume alot of them either. Thanks!

Julian Bakery egg white protein powder is a amazing! Tastes delicious (I love vanilla, chocolate), no added crap and very palatable for this sensitive tummy 🙋♀️

EAMFIT, Thank you, I will check them out. Issues are getting worse and now I'm basically lactose intolerant. Dairy didn't both me at first but it does now.

I feel your pain, I am too. I like to blend a scoop into half cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, half cup water. It’s dairy free!
