omg..rhat sounds very tasty. Where is the cauliflour..is it made into a sauce?!

They have cauliflower fettuccine at my Costco. I’m curious if it’s that or the cf is in the sauce?

I make it myself. I steam cauliflower in broth, I've used fresh or frozen, then I puree it. I then add a bit of butter (maybe a tsp) fresh parmesan cheese (about a 1/4 cup) until it's melted through & black pepper. I used to make traditional, but now my daughter request this one. I have used different pastas for different dietary needs. If I'm feeling indulgent I might add a bit of cream ( a few Tbs) or milk. Supper easy, mostly vegetarian weeknight meal.

The sauce is really good on zucchini noodles, but I've yet to convince my little to go that route.
