Good morning! Something is wrong with my scales - I should step on them many times to be sure of the result. Today I step on them five times. Four times my scales showed 74.1, but once - 74.4 kgs. So I just wrote the number which I saw the most. And, of course, the one I like better :) What could be a reason? Uneven floor? Too cheep scales? Bad battery? Anyway, despite having yogurt with blueberry jam yesterday afternoon (which is not allowed in this diet phase), weight is slowly going down. I can't wait to see 72 on my scales to know I've lost 10 kgs. Up to now it's minus 8 kgs in 6 weeks, during which was also a NewYear's party and lots of spirits and antidepressants consumed. It's a good weight loosing rate I think, despite the fact that other girls have lost about 10 kgs in a month using Dukan diet.
