ok you are trying to go to fast relax you will take as much time as you have to have so do not get in a rush you did it once before and you can do it again but this time you will do the maintaining to be successful so just put yourself in a place of rest and not one of stress . only you can do it no one else can for you , one day , one week , and one month . well you had a birthday and took wed. off I thought I could have a cheat day but I couldn't just let go very much & it was kind of a downer because it was supposed to be ok but o well I had pizza tonight and I guess that is that, I had 1200 cal to work with and did stay under by 65 so I feel some what better about it , I am going to get in control again and I will do ok then I know I cannot quit I started now and really there is no going back
