Day 35:
Somehow slipped out of keto. A little disappointed, but I can't give up. Tomorrow I will fast and that should get me back on track. Looks like I'm going to have to limit my carb intake to 20g a day, and if that's not enough by March, I'll limit my calorie intake to 1250-1500.
