4 weeks into Sean T's Focus T25.
This replaced the Insanity Programme temporarily starting in January because I was constrained for time in the morning. Insanity was almost an hour workout and I needed something short.
On one weekend after 1 week of T25, I tried Insanity Cardio and found that my performance was lower so T25 is definitely a lower level workout. Once I complete T25, I'll be onto Insanity again.
