so its like 430 am and still no call from school for closing... ugh!!! dont know what its like 45 min south of me but its pretty bad here and still snowing! even if they have school I dont think i'm going...
did great yesterday... other then waking up in the middle of the night and grabing some crackers and almonds... I kept saying no no no in my head but part of me wasnt interested in stopping myself...
aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh! sigh of relief... just got the damn call for school closing... wth?? wonder what they were waiting for.. feel bad for parents that have to find someone to watch there kids if they have to go to work..
holy crap man!!! its going down!!!! I cant believe it! I actually am loosing weight!! just weighted in @ 217. something.... I started @ 222 @ work... I wonder what the scale will say there...
journaling @ night instead of eating is helping, the support here is helping, the pre made pre portioned foods are helping.
still have aniexty though its not easy.. its a fight.. fight for your life and your happiness

I'm relying heavily on journaling..its my over kill personality I think but its helping me keep the fight.. I took scooby for a walk then dug out the three cars... baby its cold outside! scooby loves to go for walks and his lyme seems to be a little better too.. poor guy....

I'm such an ass bc I forgot to do my crunch challenge yesterday! the first day!! hello??? so I'll double up today I guess.. I'm going to eat lunch then start up the wii!!! .. excited but feel weird bc brandy and christian are home and if they watch me I wont work as hard and feel like a dumb ass...

1465... thats my recomended calorie intake from the biggest loser for wii... just did the wii.. very very good! I like it! I picked a 12 week program.. my me looks like a fat pig.. first i was really upset but I decided to embrace it and watch myself shrink!..
