Often, eating a sinful pleasure is the highlight of my day. Now that I recognize this, I need to look for other things to make me feel good. Perhaps the following will be a start: Going through a pile of "something" and eliminating the clutter, exercising, stretching . . . my goodness, it is more difficult to come up with things than I would have thought. This is an "aha" moment. Just what DOES give me pleasure? Let me think on this for awhile.
