for todays fasting day, I had a cup of black coffee sweetened with a lil erythritol, water through out the day and I just ended with a cup of peppermint tea.
Teas really make me feel good during a fast. Though to be honest, I'm not even hungry. its a head feeling and not a body feeling.
I'll make this one a 48 hr fast and break it tomorrow at about 5pm. Work out schedule for 6 pm also.
