I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred yesterday for the first time and it completely kicked my butt. It didn't really seem that hard while I was doing it. I had to cheat a few times and rest, but for the most part I kept up rather well. But my oh my, this morning I was so surprised when almost every muscle in my poor body is sore. Sore in a good way, but sore. I'm looking forward to doing it again, but probably not today. I'm thinking I'll get on the treadmill today so I can give myself a break. I definitely recommend the video to anyone looking for a good workout. It's only 20 minutes and I'm sure I'll be using it for a while seeing as though there's 3 levels and I think I'll be on level 1 for a while.
