Feeling tired and sore today I feel a headache coming on I need to start drinking some water. From what I hear I'm going to feel worse before I start to feel better. I'm hoping water will help flush out faster. I'm excited for lunch last night I found all kinds of good looking food to try.

I am glad you are excited about lunch! I'm sorry you have a headache, but I have read articles that say if you are slightly dehydrated you can give yourself a headache, so it is possible the water will work.
