It's seems to be slow going now. Guess I am starting to lose fat and meat. I will keep on keeping on. I need to get out of the "I think I can to the I KNOW I can" frame of mind. I am trying so hard to eat right then blow if by going over calories with something I shouldn't be eating. That being said I will not punish myself or make eating healthier a chore. I want this to be life changing for me so will take it one step at a time. Just wonder how many of those people on Jan 1st have given up? Makes me feel go to realize I have stayed with it. YIPPY SKIPPY !!!! :)
