Starting back up again after losing 70 lbs 2 years ago. I am now back up 20. I refuse to go back to that place in my life again. Focusing on Healthy eating @ age 50. I want to focus on this instead of a number on a scale so I can enjoy my new granddaughter when she gets here for many years to come.
