I am quite frustrated today. I have really enjoyed going to the gym first thing in the morning many days straight with very little pain in my knee or ankle. So, yesterday at the gym I figured I could push my knee a bit further and maybe build it up a bit more. (Yes, Trae, my brace was on.)I had a great and powerful workout and my knee felt very good all day. I really thought I was getting somewhere. Then last night I got up in the middle of the night for a bathroom break and as soon as I put weight on my knee it collapsed and I fell. I have not been able to walk, let alone go to the gym today. What a set back, I just feel crummy.
