It's been hard resisting and replacing my cravings. After work I get lazy at times. On Fridays my family has either Chinese, or pizza, but instead I created a satisfyingly good Quinoa chicken stir fry. Guilt free. Thank you to Costco for a delicious $5 rotisserie chicken that I've made several, several meals out of. My biggest hurdle is the burrito comfort cravings I have from my favorite local Mexican restaurant.
