Two parties knocked my weight up a little. I know it's red wine...but I do enjoy a glass now and then. The sodium content of the food last night was probably outrageous even though I kept to my usually foods. My rings are stuck on my fingers so a good workout and lots of water should bring the weight back down. Started day 8 of p90x3 this morning. Muscles have adjusted and I am really liking the intensity of the workout and loving it is only 30minutes.
