Not all foods and proper measurements of calories are recorded on here correctly. I have manually went through each food item and marked in appropriate calories and also had to adjust calories the best I could by choosing food to substitute to make up for closes. Protein are as close as possible.
Also, I use a pinch of cheese, coconut, etc.
I drink 4oz glass of boathouse juice in morning and then again at lunch. So all of the items at breakfast and lunch are combined in order to have a more actual caloric intake for the day.
