What can I say.....I didn't do well on the 3rd day of my challenge. Everything was going great until I begin preparing dinner...greens, pinto beans,and smoke turkey.....and then I added cornbread!!!! the killer!!! I got on the scales this morning and have not lost a pound since last week.....

But I will not give up!!! This is the best I have felt in a long time. I remember telling myself in November when I was fasting and lost 3 pounds that if I can do this consistently for a year I can beat this FAT ZONE battle. I will continue to exercise and gradually add good and take away bad things from my diet.

Cornbread is a killer! Continue to update your food diary so that you can see what works for you. You will know when and what foods fill you up. I noticed you haven't added your foods for the last three days. So, you want to add the leftovers you ate on Tuesday and the FRIED chicken strip (did I say FRIED) avocado salad for lunch yesterday. Hmmm...let me see...oh yeah, also add that yummy weight watchers pound cake to Tuesday. I was hoping to come and snag that off of your desk since you joined that challenge. :p Log your water intake and any juice or tea you drink! Let's do better Neel!!!

I LOVE cornbread! I ate 3/4 of a 8x8 pan of Jiffy the other night...thank goodness for Flex Points!

I love it too, which is probably why I spotted it when she tried to hide it from me while she was warming up her food! :lol: I stay on her about logging her food. I wouldn't be a good buddy if I didn't.
