One week down. This is the third time I've used FatSecret to drop a few pounds before I have to go buy new pants :-P This time, though, I'm dealing with some hormonal weight gain that might be harder to lose (stupid getting older).

It's been surprisingly easy to cut calories and live just fine on 1600ish per day. I didn't junk out over the weekend, but did drink some adult beverages. I have already volunteered to be DD this weekend for the Superbowl, so I know I won't be drinking. It's a good way to not overindulge without having to tell everyone I'm trying to lose weight.

I'm also hoping that this extra bulk (bloat?) is due to upping my weights at the gym and that it will even out in a couple weeks. We'll just have to see...
