Last night had egg and spinach wrap
Liquidise 2 eggs and handful of spinach Wrap in quarters
I added halloumi , tomatoes , Mayo, cheese ..
And oh my gosh !
So delicious
144.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
