The CRE class is going to be life changing. I am so grateful and pleased to be a part of this new journey. It is also a perfect time to coincide with my journey of weight loss. Goal: a healthier me for my trip to Florida with the kids. We are going to have so much fun. Yes, a scooter is a possibility, and might even help with Leah and Eli. But I want to be pain free and have a wider range of motion. I will begin weighing in again when I lose some of the pounds I know I have gained. Those indulgences were short lived. Metacognition! Be aware of my triggers, and have substitutes handy. Keep things that tempt out of your kitchen, and drink lots of hot liquids.
