Up down, up down....feeling like a see saw! I need to get off this ride and get serious now.
I am really trying but the diet sabotage is the late night snacking. I know it and so do my hips! LOL...I have gained almost 20 pounds since October and I have to realize that all my hard work at the gym will be for not if I don't get going and do something about it.
I truly do work very hard at the gym and burn about 600-800 calories a day there, but I feel as though I am burning nothing when I weigh myself the next day and nothing has happened or worse, I GAINED weight! I have to get at it if I want to go on a cruise in March or April;)
