Keep in mind that it is normal to have more rapid weight loss in the beginning. Eventually everyone has a few days or even longer before they see another drop. Don't get discouraged & stop eating healthier. And unless you have adverse reactions to certain foods....like an actual allergy....you can eat what you like. Of course some foods are more calorie dense & should be eaten in smaller portions. I know from experience eating fruit is not a deterrent to weight loss. I eat fruit every day & it is actually a tasty way to have healthy sugar. You've been doing well...stay on the path!!

To make a blanket claim that "sugar turns to fat" is a ridiculous and untrue claim and no, not all sugars are the same. Learn about glucose, fructose, combinations of the two, and what the body of research and meta-analyses say about their effects in caloric balance, surplus and a deficit before spreading wild misinformation.

I've lost more weight eating fruit regularly than in the months when I would obsessively avoid it because of misinformation like this. It's not magic, it's about your caloric intake and the deficit you create. No one is getting fat from fruit.

This is very normal Debbie!!! It's the most important thing I've learned on my weight loss journey. Even though you are hitting all your targets your body is changing and the scale is going to fluctuate. Sometimes it will be from water or muscle.

Yes, less sugary fruits. you are probably loosing fat weight, but gaining more muscle is you're working out. You've got this! Be patient with yourself. Same thing happened to me.

Keep at it. When I had major weight loss it was in fits and starts. I woul dnot lose, but kept at it, walked what I could and then all of a sudden it melted and I hard a hard time keeping in clothes...then abruptly it stopped. Then later, started up again. Keep with the water, see if you can SLOWLY do less diet soda (not knowing how much you do drink). A nutritionist friend told me for every soda (diet or not) I needed to drink EXTRA water soon after. Keep going.

1600 calories seems much to me. soda is bad reguardless if diet or regular, and fruit, use as a desert maybe 1 or 2 times a week .Berries are a good choice for a fruit pick. little changes a little at a time. Good luck it will happen.

The weight loss has to show up. It can't stay the same forever when you're staying on plan.

Just my .02 and first reply post. Not sure if you have someone in the house or not. Give your hubby? kids? the green light to give you a hug, kiss, or praise. You are on a journey for you. Sometimes I just need a push from the fam. Lastly let them discipline you if needed. followed by reassurance. I need it when I get hangary. lol. Always remember love your self 1st. okokok go team.

I agree with what everyone else has said. I don't really know why the body does what it do when it come to dropping then stalling then maybe even gaining after doing what you are suppose to do. I keep saying it is trying to go back up where is was. and this too may not be it. But I've delt with this pretty much all my adult life. The main thing I want to tell you is don't stop. Keep doing what you are doing. It will break. You got this.

I don't lose every week and my daily goal is only 1200 calories. I don't get around much, however. I do sitzersizes though.

Here's a great article on why we have fluctuations. You'll have to excuse some of the potty mouth but the info is eye opening. https://physiqonomics.medium.com/8-reasons-your-not-losing-fat-in-a-calorie-deficit-908f07e4edee
