on average, I'm maintaining at about 133# /wk. not too bad I guess, still not my goal of 130# tho!! but it seems I spike a # or 2 on the weekend, not eating any more any different. if at home tho, not doing exercises as much as am consciousness about doing exercises in front of my wife.shouldn't be, but am.
