ok...here i go again. Lose weight, get down elow my goal so I start eating. I am going to start recording my food again. I am still 1 pound below my goal but up 6 pounds. I have so much trouble maintaining. I probably should be happy at my current weight, after all it is my goal weight but I like being 5 pounds less. So starting tomorrow back to phase 1 and I really need to start exercising.

I like being 5 pounds less than my goal weight too and agree that it is very difficult to hold it there. I like doing low calorie days once in a while to maintain things in check. Keep up the good work Deena!
