So so so!
❀ Less dairy (mostly just butter, cream sometimes, and some old cheeses on occasion - but most of the time, just butter and that's it)
❀ More carbs (but not THAT many more - mostly veggies and maybe sweet potatoes or other tubers)
❀ Make sure not to have too much protein! (I don't think I'm doing too bad, though a little less on some days might be best)
❀ Don't stress!! Stress can stall weight loss. So....RELAAAAAX.... :D :D
