This weight gain was monitored with body composition. The gain was total 8.7 lbs. Of that weight .3 lbs was fat, the rest was lean body tissue.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
