Started eating plan and on Monday 1 on 1 training. Forcing myself back into the healthy habit. Time to get rid of this ridiculous flab and weakness. One day at a time.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
