I did not eat anything yesterday because I was sleeping all night and day (my night off)so the fast was about 30 hours. I am able to keep my carbs down below 100 grams today so that is a good thing. Even with 2 cups of frozen fruit in my two protein shakes. I did not get to the gym yesterday Theresa took the day off and I just slept through my normal workout time. Today I will go to CRT for the first time we will see how that goes. Then Friday I will be having an hour of PT with Theresa to make up for the missed half hour on Wednesday. We will also see what eliminating most of the foods that I am sensitive to will have on my weight when I weigh in on Friday morning. It has been difficult to eliminate many of the foods I am sensitive to and will get more difficult this next week. I am out of funds until payday on 1/31 and will have to make do with what is in the freezer/cupboard for the next two weeks. Many of which have garlic and onion and wheat products in them.
