Won't be able to weigh in until... Monday or tuesday morning I guess. Which is good because I was getting a bit obsessed with it!

I will still be counting my calories and watching my intake so I hope the number on the scale next week will make me happy.

I'll be in an apartment so I won't be able to skip rope or do jumping jacks (I'll probably do burpees without the jump and that kind of stuff... And squats, pushups,...).
Good news: They have Wii Sports.

Do they have the Wii balance board? I was surprised how much exercise that funny thing provides.

Doublecheese, I got a new way of making that soup I mentioned the other day much tastier. After cooking the beans, instead of pouring it to a pot with hot water on it, keep that hot water on a 3rd pot. So you have the pressure cooker, a pot with hot water to add to the mixture, and you have a pot where you braise olive oil and 2 onions until they start changing to that golden color. On that cue, transfer the cooked beans and the water containing them to the pot containing the 2 onions and olive oil and, only then, transfer like 2 fingers or 1,5 cm of that hot water into this pan. Then some salt, let it boil, throw in any vegetables you want along with cilantro, and parsley, wait 1 minute and throw in some rice (at your desire), turn the heat to medium/low (just to keep the boil) and let it cook for 10 minutes. If you don't have a pressure cooker, just braise the olive oil and 2 onions right at the start, then add the beans and water until they're cooked. Once they're cooked, add the vegetables and, after 1 minute, the rice and that's it. :D (think I'm not forgetting anything!) Hope you're having fun with the Wii! :)

I forgot! I also thew in 2 garlic clovers with the vegetables heheh. The more water you add to the soup, the more diluted and less tastier it will be! ;)
