I just had a baby about 8 weeks ago and have never been this big in my life. I've always been a bigger girl and am comfortable with it but not this big. I weigh 230lbs. The most I ever weighed was 200lbs and really didn't want to be that big but I didn't have enough time in my day to really exercise. But now I'm ready to get back down to the weight I was before I had even my first child.

I'll help you if you'll help me! We can do this baby girl! My plan is to try and limit my calories to 1,500 or less, and my fat grams to 40 or less. I'm having fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and the healthiest dinner I can stand. trying to conquer the dieting part before I get too stressed about the exercising part...Love you much!

One of my biggest problems is that I snack throughout the day. So instead of just finding something, I'm going to snack on fruits and veggies. I'm also planning on breakfast being my biggest meal, and having smaller lunches and dinners, so I can work off more calories during the day. And finding healthier alternatives to foods like turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. I tried doing egg whites but they just have no taste so maybe egg beaters. I know your schedule is different than mine so my eating habits won't work for you. But I do recommend that you have variety because if you just eat the same things all the time you will get burnt out quickly and give up. Love you too!
