체중계야 3번 잴 때까지 45.3 이였다가 4번째에 400g 더 나오는던 무슨 조화???
22일 국시가 끝날때까지 몸무게 버려 둠....
100.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
