Well it's time to get started on my journey to freedom from this obesity. I can't stand it any longer. It is killing me...literally...it I don't lose weight my health is going to continue to decline. I have to start moving and get this body stronger. I will do it one step at a time and I will not let set backs stop me. Life style makeover!!!
