It is so hard to stick to the plan when it's almost "that time of the month"!! I mean, I put things in my mouth and I don't even really realize that I'm doing it until I'm like, "Why do i feel so full?" UGH... I have to try harder next time.. otherwise all the hard work I've been doing will be for nothing and all the weight will come back.
