Tim Huffman's Journal, 21 January 2014

Had a great day yesterday, nice workout at the gym, spent some quality time with Momma and was able to eat perfect. Its starting to not even feel like I'm on a "diet" I increased my carbs a little yesterday and intend to eat very little carbs today. Hope to be able to hit up the gym around lunch time today.

I usually don't read thru the news feed....glad I did. Have a great Tuesday back at you Tim!! Portion control and staying active is all it takes :) Cindy

I had my first bootcamp workout last night as well and my food was really good on my first day too...I did have a little wine last night but still stayed in my calorie parameter my trainer gave me...some night will be better than others...at least I didn't eat junk...just had some wine and almonds (27 for 170 calories )Already looking forward to my next class Wednesday night! Keep up your good work.
