Day 3 of dieting and it is actually going really good. I know it is early on but I haven't even hit my allowed points for each day, let alone touched any of the allowance points. Im sure this weekend it will be another story. I started on a monday and was hoping to choose a different day for weighing in because I am worried that using the allowance points on weekends might increase the scale numbers on monday. I guess if I am good all week it should still show a loss though...we will have to wait and see.
