I was so hungry yesterday. I didn't eat on my long ride or hydrate well. I at e things this weekend I usually don't : movie popcorn, thai food, and coconut ice cream. I justified it by having a long bike workout yesterday. My stomach feels fine (surprisingly). I think I get so hungry right before starting my menstruation & I'm bored of my meal plan. Didn't weigh in today.
