Everything is still on course! Feeling great and satisfied. Weighed myself this morning but didn't lose anything. Autie M came for a visit later in the day and now I know why the scale did not change - in addition to the fact that I probably have lost all of the water weight that I had. I feel confident that I will continue to lose weight on Atkins. I am only 6 Lbs from my first Mini-goal of 220 - yeah!!!
